Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship & Sales Officer to join our team. As a CR & Sales Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, managing inquiries, and driving sales.
Your main tasks will include handling customer queries, providing product information, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will actively seek out new sales opportunities and contribute to achieving targets.
Requirements include excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record in sales. Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
