Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Manager will manage client inquiries, build strong customer relationships, and ensure satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with internal teams for timely project delivery and addressing concerns.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining client relationships, collaborating with teams, addressing issues, identifying upselling opportunities, preparing reports, and converting leads.

Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
