Job Description
Join MLO RECRUITMENT AGENCY as a Customer Relationship Manager. You will manage the CRM system, maintain accurate customer data, support sales and marketing with lead management, track customer journeys, handle inquiries and escalations, and develop retention strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years CRM or customer service experience, strong knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo), excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Full-time, permanent position based in Lekki. Salary: ₦180,00 per month. Applicants who can reliably commute or relocate are preferred.
