Job Description
The Customer Relationship Manager at Yardoak Project will oversee client inquiries, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure overall customer satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams for project delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Develop and maintain client relationships for enhanced satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and architecture teams for seamless delivery.
- Address issues to prevent escalations and convert leads into active clients.
- Stay informed on product details to answer customer queries effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in customer service or relationship management.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
Salary: N90,00 – N100,00 per month.
