Zilt Investment Limited is on the lookout for a motivated and dedicated Customer Relations Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout their property transactions, offering support before, during, and after the sales process. Your key responsibilities will involve nurturing strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to foster long-term satisfaction and retention.

Additionally, you will conduct follow-ups with clients post-sale to ensure their satisfaction, promptly addressing and resolving any complaints, and achieving monthly performance targets. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at ₦80,00.00 per month.
