Job Description
Swift Dry Cleaners Limited, a leading provider of outstanding laundry and dry cleaning services, is looking for a proactive Customer Relations Officer. This full-time position is available in Lekki, Olowora, and Ogba, Lagos.
The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, managing orders, and effectively promoting our services. Candidates should possess at least an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
Strong communication skills, creativity in acquiring new customers, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential for success in this role.
