Job Description
JFK TECH TRAINING is looking for a committed Customer Relations Officer to enhance our team. In this crucial role, you will serve as the main point of contact for both prospective and current students, handling inquiries through email, phone, in-person meetings, and WhatsApp.
Your key responsibilities will involve cultivating strong relationships, ensuring high levels of student satisfaction, and providing essential support to our admissions team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from ₦150,00 to ₦200,00 per month.
