Job Summary: Join Greenfield HR as a Customer Relations Officer in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. Deliver high-quality care and service for cleaning items and garments while ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent knowledge of fabrics and dry-cleaning processes.

Major Duties:

• Assist customers with their dry cleaning and laundry needs.
• Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Sort, check, and book items for cleaning using our system.

Qualifications:

• MUST possess an OND/NCE or equivalent; B.Sc/HND is welcome.
• 1-2 years of experience, preferably in commercial dry cleaning.

Pay: ₦80,00.00 – ₦85,00.00 per month
