Job Description
Dunamis Prints is looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Relations Officer to join our team in Lagos. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers, promptly addressing inquiries and complaints, and nurturing relationships with clients both online and offline.
Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat; professionally resolving complaints; providing information about our printing services; assisting with order processing; and ensuring data accuracy by updating customer records.
Ideal candidates should possess a minimum degree, excellent communication skills, customer service experience, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
