Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Officer. As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries and complaints.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or relations role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
