Job Description

We are seeking a professional Customer Relations Associate to cultivate strong client relationships, manage inquiries by phone and email, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will record interactions in the CRM and collaborate with sales and operations to ensure timely follow-through on solutions.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Document interactions and case updates in the CRM
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver resolutions
  • Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple tasks

Qualifications: High school diploma required; 1+ year of customer service experience preferred. Proactive communicator with problem-solving skills and basic CRM experience. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
