Job Description
Reports To: Manager – Customer Operations Walk In West 2
Division: Customer Relations and Experience
Mission: Enhance the sustainability of the MTN brand by delivering exceptional customer care to all MTN clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively escalate and route customer concerns to the appropriate operators.
- Execute system transactions related to customer inquiries.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of subscriber data.
- Analyze customer impact trends and document resolutions accordingly.
- Assist with warranty repairs and communicate credit statuses to customers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; proficiency in English is required.
Experience: 3-7 years in customer service, ideally in a call center setting.
