Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Logistics Coordinator to represent the company: process orders, manage inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, email, and phone, resolve customer complaints, support logistics operations, and maintain accurate order records.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with NYSC completed; minimum 2 years post-NYSC experience in customer support or sales.
- Location & availability: Resident in/near Yaba, Lagos; age 24–30; fluent in English; proficient with laptops and digital tools.
- Work schedule: On-site 23 days per month; willing to work some weekends and public holidays.
- Compensation: ₦100,00 per month.
