Job Description
Prixair Group Ltd seeks a full-time Customer Experience Specialist to manage our digital presence, design and run social media campaigns, and deliver timely, professional support via phone, email, and social channels. Responsibilities include monitoring engagement, responding to inquiries and complaints, tracking feedback, escalating issues when necessary, preserving brand voice, and preparing basic digital and customer service reports.
- Required: excellent communication and customer service skills; social media management and basic digital marketing experience.
- Must multitask effectively and respond quickly; basic graphic or content creation skills are a plus.
- Professional, courteous, and responsive demeanor mandatory.
Salary: ₦100,00–₦150,00 per month.
