Delifrost is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries through various channels, analyze data to develop retention strategies, and resolve complaints efficiently.

Key responsibilities include responding to customer queries, collecting data to identify trends, and ensuring consistency in communication across platforms.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in customer service.

Salary: ₦250,00 – ₦300,00 per month.
