Job Description
Diamond Shine is on the lookout for a motivated Customer Experience / Sales Officer to represent our company and provide outstanding service. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting extraordinary customer experiences, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our financial products and services.
Job Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service, promote our offerings, manage inquiries, and keep detailed logs of customer interactions. Work collaboratively with our marketing and loan teams to enhance outreach initiatives.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is mandatory.
