Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Officer/Call Centre Agent at Phillips OutSourcing. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries promptly.
Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages professionally and accurately. You will work closely with customers to address their needs, provide product information, and ensure satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous customer service or call centre experience is a plus.
