MISKY is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to enhance our team! In this pivotal role, you will verify the authenticity of digital assets submitted by users, manage transaction processes, and reconcile user balances. You will also investigate and resolve discrepancies, compile reports, and escalate user issues across communication channels for prompt resolution.
