Job Description
The Canada International Work and Study Resource Center (CIWSRC) is seeking a dedicated Customer Care / Sales Officer in Lagos.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide client support and manage communications.
- Cold call prospective clients.
- Discuss contracts and pricing with clients.
- Build and maintain client connections.
- Identify new business markets and track customer transactions.
- Handle client complaints and provide solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products.
Qualifications: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree required.
