Job Description
Careers Verified is seeking a full-time Customer Care Sales Agent to deliver exceptional support and drive sales. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolve customer issues with empathy; maintain accurate CRM records; process orders; and proactively upsell to meet weekly and monthly targets.
- Qualifications: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a related field; 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or telesales.
- Skills: strong communication, negotiation, active listening, and CRM proficiency.
- Compensation: ₦80,00–₦100,00 per month.
