Job Description
YangaBeauty is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. In this role, you will enhance customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
You will gain a comprehensive understanding of YangaBeauty products, assisting customers with order management and tracking shipments. Additionally, gathering and reporting customer feedback will be essential in refining our offerings.
Empathy will be key as you handle customer complaints, while maintaining accurate records of interactions. You will also collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to help achieve company objectives.
