You will address product inquiries, respond promptly to complaints, document all interactions, and conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires clear, patient communication and efficient problem-solving across phone, email, and chat channels.

Compensation: ₦80,00.00–₦100,00.00 per month.
