Creamy Crumbles and Treat is a frontline Bakery in Lagos State with delicious, creative, and innovative Cake Designs and Treats.
We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative / Social Media Handler to join our team in Gbagada and Sangotedo, Lagos on a full-time basis.
Description:
- We are looking for a dedicated individual to handle customer inquiries and manage social media platforms for our cake and treats company in Gbagada and Sangotedo, Lagos.
- Prior experience as a customer care representative is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language and efficient customer service skills are essential.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, people skills, self-control, attention to detail, empathy, and organizational abilities are highly valued.
Salary: N40,00 – N65,00 monthly.
