Job Description
Skinfairy Global is seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries and concerns across various platforms promptly.
Your responsibilities include resolving customer issues, providing product knowledge, and collaborating with internal teams. You will also manage orders while striving to exceed customer satisfaction.
Position Type: Full-time, New Grad
Pay: ₦60,00.00 – ₦90,00.00 per month
Experience: Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
