Job Description

Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Promptly respond to inquiries, provide information on available properties, and address concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Property Inquiries: Handle inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants regarding property listings, availability, pricing, and amenities. Schedule property viewings and coordinate with real estate agents to facilitate tours.

Transaction Support: Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork, including rental applications, purchase agreements, and lease agreements. Provide guidance on the real estate transaction process and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner. Take proactive steps to resolve issues and escalate complex matters to appropriate team members or management as needed.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness. Keep clients informed about the status of their inquiries, transactions, and any relevant updates.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and transaction details in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and real estate regulations to provide clients with relevant and valuable information. Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and local amenities to assist clients in making informed decisions.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with real estate agents, property managers, and other internal stakeholders to meet client needs and achieve organizational goals. Communicate effectively across departments and contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment.
