Job Summary: You will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, resolving inquiries, and closing sales opportunities via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Sort orders and work with delivery agents.
- Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations.
- Close sales and meet targets.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer service and sales experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
