Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated customer service representative to join our team at Omoarega Consulting Limited. As a customer care representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also handle order processing, modifications, and escalate complaints across various communication channels.
With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, successful candidates must be able to remain calm and professional even in challenging situations. Experience working with computers and proficiency in communication are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Providing in-depth knowledge of our products to address customer queries.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborating with colleagues when necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Supervising and guiding junior customer service representatives.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering professional customer support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm and empathetic in stressful customer situations.
- Comfortable using computers and basic software applications.
- Prior experience working in customer support or a similar role.

Salary: ₦70,00.00 – ₦80,00.00 per month
