Job Description
LD&D Consulting is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team in Ajah.
Location: Ajah
Salary: ₦120,00 Gross per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
- Provide information on our products and services.
- Identify customer feedback trends and report to management.
Qualifications:
- BSc qualification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
