Job Description
Are you a problem solver with excellent communication skills? We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team! As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
- Document customer interactions and maintain customer databases.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with challenging situations.
- Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office tools.
