Location: LUTH, Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Lagos

We are looking for a tech-savvy Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for engaging with customers and has a minimum qualification of OND.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Manage sales processes and track customer interactions.
• Create content for social media and promotional materials.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in customer care.
• Technical proficiency in Excel and sales software.
• Strong communication skills.

Remuneration: NGN 60,00 to NGN 80,00.
