Castel Resources Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Customer Care Personnel for its Ikeja, Lagos office. The successful candidate will greet and assist customers, handle inquiries by phone, email, and in person, provide accurate product and service information, resolve and escalate complaints, document interactions, and process transactions.

• Strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Commitment to employee development and familiarity with HR technologies is a plus.
