Roots and Juices Limited seeks a smart, friendly, and reliable full-time Customer Care Officer starting January 7, 2026. The role manages WhatsApp and Instagram inquiries, processes and confirms orders, follows up on payments and deliveries, handles feedback and complaints, maintains records, and posts engaging marketing content to drive sales.

• Minimum SSCE or OND; prior experience is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-service disposition
• Proficient with smartphones and social media
• Residence required around Woji/Elelenwo/Akpajo axis

Salary: from ₦75,00/month.
