Job Description
Luminiscence Skincare Ltd., an e-commerce skincare company located in Lagos, Nigeria, is in search of a dedicated Customer Care Officer. This role is vital for managing customer interactions via our chat platforms, ensuring that we uphold exceptional service standards and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries via chat platforms and WhatsApp.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Assist customers with technical issues, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of e-commerce sales experience.
- Experience in customer support or client service is essential.
Job Type: Full-time, Salary: ₦80,00 – ₦100,00/month.
