Job Description
Greengates Specialties Ltd is actively seeking a Logistics Customer Service Representative (Customer Care Officer) to join our team. This position requires effective management of distribution processes, a thorough understanding of customs requirements, and efficient communication with both suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee inbound and outbound shipments.
- Liaise with carriers to address and resolve any issues that arise.
- Review and prepare invoices ensuring they are accurate.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers, providing timely updates.
- Document any irregularities and report them to your supervisor.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 0-4 years of relevant experience, fluency in English and two Nigerian languages, and residency in the Yaba area of Lagos with a valid driver’s license.
