Job Description

Job Position: Customer Care Officer
Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries, reservations, and walk-ins efficiently
- Promote add-ons to boost sales
- Develop marketing materials and content
- Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing
- Plan and execute creative events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer care in the food industry
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with a creative mindset
Salary: N100,00 – N120,00 monthly.
