Job Description
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels professionally and efficiently
