Job Description
We are hiring a professional and courteous Customer Care Officer to manage client interactions at our Port Harcourt office. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins; providing accurate product and service information; maintaining records; coordinating internal follow-ups; assisting with bookings; and escalating issues when necessary.
- Qualifications: OND, HND, Bachelor’s or equivalent; proven customer service experience; strong written and verbal communication; problem-solving ability; basic Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
- Core skills: empathy, conflict resolution, time management, and a professional demeanor.
- Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦150,00/month.
