Job Description
Promatic Nigeria is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Attendant to join our team for a full-time on-site position in Lagos. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key responsibilities include addressing customer complaints, offering valuable feedback, promoting sales, and engaging in training sessions to stay updated on company policies and services.
Qualifications:
