Job Description
Join Getpayed Technology Solutions Limited as a Merchant and POS Agent Recruiter. This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₦100,00.00 to ₦120,00.00 per month, based in the Lagos Island area.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit merchants and POS agents, facilitating their onboarding, KYC, and activation processes.
- Provide prompt support for transaction issues and communicate effectively to minimize churn.
- Monitor transaction metrics using the OneCollect dashboard.
- Submit weekly activity reports and escalate any unresolved issues.
- Participate in team meetings and workshops to share best practices.
Requirements:
- Must reside around the Obalende – Ajah axis.
- Excellent communication and strong marketing skills.
- Willingness to engage with customers in the field.
