Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is excited to announce an opening for a Custodian II in our Ibadan office. This is a three-year renewable contract position.
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, managing material requisitions, distributing toiletries, overseeing contractor performance, and keeping detailed records of cleaning activities.
Qualifications: Applicants should hold a Trade Test Certificate with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, or possess a National Diploma in Business Administration along with four years of experience in a comparable role.
Desired Competencies: The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of office sanitation, possess a strong work ethic, and have excellent attention to detail.
