Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Custodian II to maintain building interiors and exteriors. Duties include floor care (strip, wax, buff), trash removal, restroom cleaning, restocking supplies, minor repairs, and assisting with opening/closing and routine inspections. The position requires following safety protocols, using appropriate cleaning chemicals and PPE, and reporting hazards promptly.
- 1–3 years custodial experience and basic maintenance skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong attention to detail, reliable attendance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; background check may be required
