Job Description
We seek an entry-level custodian to clean and maintain assigned office buildings, facilities, and grounds. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing and waxing, restroom sanitation, furniture moving, trash removal, room setup, and basic repairs. Operate vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and other custodial equipment safely. Work may require ladder or scaffold use and occasional grounds maintenance. Candidates must understand basic custodial procedures, use hand tools safely, follow schedules, report maintenance issues promptly, and maintain professional relations with building occupants. Ability to travel between buildings during a shift is required.
