Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a CSAM Support Representative Level 1. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers in resolving their technical issues and concerns.
Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, investigating and resolving reported problems, and documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system. You will also escalate complex issues to higher-level support technicians when needed.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to work well under pressure. A high level of patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills are also essential.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
