Job Description
SWATX is on the lookout for a proficient CRM & Billing Technical Lead with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role demands exceptional leadership and technical acumen to conceptualize and execute comprehensive CRM and billing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment of CRM and Billing solutions.
- Oversee integrations with ERP systems and payment gateways.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Manage customizations within Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure.
