Job Description
OnePort 365 is seeking a talented CRM and Retention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage our CRM to optimize email marketing, drive engagement through targeted campaigns, and execute growth strategies.
Key responsibilities include preparing effective email campaigns, developing email acquisition strategies, managing CRM workflows, executing email drip campaigns, monitoring engagement metrics, and ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, a minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, proficiency in platforms like HubSpot, and strong analytical skills.
