Job Description
Fad Design Global is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Recovery Specialist to enrich our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts from clients while ensuring the maintenance of positive relationships and efficient resolution of payment issues.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a robust understanding of financial processes, and strong negotiation abilities. Previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred. You will collaborate closely with our finance team to track accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.
