We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Credit Recovery Officer to join our team. As a Credit Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and recovering outstanding debts.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and be able to work efficiently under pressure. Experience in debt collection or financial services is preferred.
