Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the credit control process, ensuring timely payment from customers and resolving any billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Monitor and chase overdue payments
- Review and reconcile customer accounts
- Negotiate payment plans with customers
