Job Summary: The Credit Control Officer ensures timely billing of enterprise customers and resolves billing queries while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Submit invoices accurately and on time.
• Resolve issues that delay invoicing.
• Maintain an up-to-date client database.
• Generate required billing and analysis reports.
• Timely escalation of unresolved issues.

Qualifications:

• HND/B.Sc in Social Sciences or related fields.
• 1 year experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Background in Customer Relations or Office Management in Telecoms.
