Job Summary
The credit and marketing manager oversees lending operations and marketing efforts. Assess loan applications, manage credit portfolio, and drive business growth through strategic marketing. Ensure compliance with lending policies and foster strong client relationships.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications based on creditworthiness and risk assessment.
- Oversee loan disbursement process and manage credit portfolio.
- Identify risks and implement strategies to minimize default rates.
- Prepare reports on credit activities and marketing performance.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience
- Degree in a related field
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in credit assessment tools and marketing software.
- Possession of MCP/MCIB is an added advantage.
